This week a normal WOW, last week we were at an active shooter course. I will post a full report on that ASAP.
This weeks workout, 8 rounds of:
-Hit the tire 8-8x
-Up and over 8x
-Kettlebell over shoulder 4-4
Finish of with 1 minute full out on the heavy bag!
