Arminius Tribe Workout Of The Week #29, Run, Carry, Throw, Flip

Good morning Guys!

After a week of doing a lot of strength work, I want to make sure to do some quicker movements.

Today I will be doing:
-Run 150 meters with the heavy bag
-Zig zag
-Throw kettlebell(24kg), Flip tire, jump over, and back.

Repeat this for 6 to 8 rounds!
