Well, we have all heard that excuse… How can you reply to that? Well for starters.. Man the fuck up! How many hours did you sleep last night? Or, how many minutes did you watch television/netflix/facebook/instagram, or reading really good articles on Arminius Tribe?? 🙂
Ok, I have a solution for you.. do this workout every day, it will take less than 2 hours a week.
- 10x Hill repeats
- 10×10 Burpees
