-3 Celsius at the Farm today and after a hard leg day on Friday I decided on a core workout today.

Make sure you concentrate on correct form!

5 rounds:
1-Twist, legs up, 20 sec
2- Plank, elbow, 20 sec
3- Butt ups, 20 sec
4- Heel tough left/right, 20 sec
5- V-sit cross over legs, 20 sec
6- Heel tough even, 20 sec
