In this workout, some more stuff with the rubber-band.
It is a cheap and easy way to get a good workout done at home!
This is a bit different, not a metcon style workout. But nonetheless, a good one. Concentrate on good form, and you will feel it burn.. at least, I did.

Between each round 150 meter farmer-carry.
