Today a bit different workout than normal.

Workout 18.2 can be easily adjusted for a home gym. You don’t need any special equipment. And of course, if you don’t practice crossfit, you are wondering what it is all about.. because, ‘Hell, those guys never do a real workout’ right? well, have a go at 18.2, the first part.. and let me know, how it felt..
